🚂 Exciting Announcement: My First Chartered Rail Journey!
Royal Blossom: Journey to the River Kwai
📅 Sunday 25th May 2025 | 🚆 Onboard the Royal Blossom Excursion Train
Dear Rail Enthusiasts & History Buffs,
I am thrilled to announce my very first chartered train excursion, a special collaboration between Asian Train Guide and Wow Catering! This exclusive journey aboard the Royal Blossom excursion train will take us along the historic Death Railway in Kanchanaburi, offering a unique blend of railway heritage, breathtaking scenery, and local flavors.
🚂 A Journey Through History
This is more than just a scenic train ride—it is a tribute to the thousands of Allied prisoners of war and forced Asian laborers who lost their lives building the Death Railway during World War II. As we travel along this historic route, we will learn about its wartime past, stopping at key locations from Bangkok’s historic Hua Lamphong Station to the present-day end of the railway at Nam Tok Station.
Before departure, passengers will have exclusive access to the railway museum at Hua Lamphong and an opportunity to purchase railway souvenirs.
